Responsibilities include answering incoming calls from patients, clients (primarily doctors) and their office staff, healthcare providers and hospitals screening caller requests, taking messages, dispatching to appropriate on-call providers, checking and updating on-call calendars and databases per client requests. Desks are physically distant and we have no more than 7 at time in the office. Potential to earn the right to work remote over time. We are looking for smart, long-term employees with a strong work ethic who will fit into our smaller, family like atmosphere. ![]() You must also have an updated computer ( chromebooks and MACS not compatible) Must be able to work Saturday and/or Sunday and train remote 2 weeks 11-6 The hours above are examples not exact hours. We are an answering service for doctors and the medical community that is hiring for 1st, 2nd and weekend shifts - full time (4-5 days, 30-40 hrs/wk) Or Part time 7am - 1pm, 4pm-6pm
